ICV2 reports:Manga Entertainment will be entertaining U.S. audiences with the quirky new OVA series Dead Leaves, produced by Production I.G.. According to Manga Entertainment acquisition executive Keith Burgess, the OVA series will be released late this year or very early in 2004. Burgess believes that Manga will release thirteen episodes.

Dead Leaves follows the exploits of a prison guard who was injured while trying to help a prisoner break out of jail and had to replace his head with a television set. Burgess likens the pair's strange adventures to Fooley Cooley.
